When Installing Oracle for Pro/INTRALINK 8.0 using the Oracle Installation Assistant for Pro/INTRALINK 3.4, the Oracle Patch 9.2.0.4 is requested instead of the patch 9.2.0.5.

Resolution

There are 2 CDs that exists to install Oracle for Pro/INTRALINK 3.4
One is labelled "Pro/INTRALINK Oracle Software Assistant 2.0 - Supporting Oracle 9.2.0.5"
and one is labelled "Pro/INTRALINK 3.4 Oracle Installation Assistant"

To install Pro/INTRALINK 8.0 (and the latest 3.4 version) you need to use the CD labelled "Pro/INTRALINK Oracle Software Assistant 2.0 - Supporting Oracle 9.2.0.5" . The second CD is used for the first version of Pro/INTRALINK 3.4 that requires Oracle 9.2.0.4.

You can download the "Pro/INTRALINK Oracle Software Assistant 2.0 - Supporting Oracle 9.2.0.5" CD at http://www.ptc.com/cgi/cs/apps/SftUpd/SftUpdProd.pl, selecting Pro/INTRALINK as product.
