I might have made an error in my last email. Jeff does not need to get new licenses, for his

servers, unless Intralink8 requires FlexNet, instead of FlexLM. At my last job, we had to move the licensing to a new server, because you could not have FlexNet & FlexLM on the

same server.

 

Now one thing he might have to check on, is that his current PTC licensing allows for Intralink8. In my last email, I mentioned his site support account might not show the downloads for Intralink8. My last 2 places did not. That's why you have to request it.

 

Now if that's the case, they might also require you to update the licensing for Intralink8.

 

If you forwarded Jeff the last email I sent, you surely need to forward this one also.

 

If you did not forward the last email, that I ask to be forwarded, It needs to be sent as soon

as possible, so Jeff can be acquiring/checking things in advance to make this upgrade as

quick as possible. If you don't send either at all, you chance us looking bad to your client.

 

I hope you care to not look bad to your client, but I know I care that you don't make me

look bad to your client. I can do that on my own...ha..ha
