When running "ildataloader Link 2", I get the error output below.

I then ran as they suggested:

D:\wt\ILMigration\bin>MigrationStatus -report
'MigrationStatus' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

I did a search for "MigrationStatus" & found nothing.
